Acclaim is unlike an ordinary employment company, they are a Group Training Company, a not for profit business which actually employs apprentices and trainees, finding host employers to provide a fertile training ground.
This ensures the continuation of indentures should the host employers' business conditions become unfavourable. The benefits for both the trainee and the host employer are extensive.
They have a large team of trained employment consultants to source the young people and match them to the right host employer.
The success of the company has been such that in many cases, apprentices they once employed, now have their own businesses and have become host employers in their own right!
